Joensuu, Finland
In Finland, the Staff training workshop week, took place. During this week the team focused on the topics of DIG IT 2 including Career Guidance, Entrepreneurship Training, and Team Coaching.
Each of these topics was discussed in group activities (learning cafes, dialogue circles). Ideas and good practices have been shared and a plan to include all of these in the coming workshop activities has been submitted.
These activities prepared staff for the coming workshops. They further developed and tested new approaches to working with students during the coming workshops and gradually took the tested approaches to their everyday work and shared these with fellow teachers and staff. The workshop week allowed career counsellors, entrepreneurship trainers and teachers, to exchange views on teaching, career guidance and entrepreneurship education in an international environment.
